About This Role is dedicated to making education easily accessible and highly valuable. We are looking for passionate individuals to help us expand our content team internationally to help us build out the best online educational resource anywhere.


As an International Content Administrator you’ll support the key content initiatives by completing a range of daily and weekly critical maintenance tasks. Your work will directly impact our mission of making education accessible and helping people everywhere achieve their educational and career goals.


As an International Content Administrator, You Will:

  • coordinating project-based contractor onboarding
  • conducting quality assurance on contractors’ work
  • responding to contractor questions about projects they’re working on
  • building and assessing the quality of external web links to through a process called link building
  • ideating, titling, and uploading new content to our content management system

  • Prior work experience in a remote or home office setting
  • Minimum 30 hours per week availability, 20+ of which must be between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday
  • Strong English fluency
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient user of common computer applications and software, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
